Welcome to V&K Body Sculpting Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and any related platforms. By booking an appointment or engaging with our studio, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Services

V&K Body Sculpting Studio offers non-invasive body sculpting and wellness treatments. All services are cosmetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical advice. Results vary from person to person, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

2. Eligibility

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive treatments. If under 18, written parental or guardian consent is required. We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the client.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • We require 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Changes made within 48 hours will result in loss of deposit.

  • Late arrivals (more than 10 minutes) may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.

  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

  • Children and guests are not permitted during appointments unless medically required (with prior notice).

  • If a medical contraindication prevents treatment on the day, your deposit will be forfeited. A full consultation and screening are required before treatment.

These policies protect your time, our schedule, and the quality of care we provide. No exceptions will be made.

4. Payment & Refunds

  • Full payment is due at the time of service.

  • We accept cash, EFTPOS, credit card, and AfterPay.

  • No refunds are provided for completed services.

  • If you experience an adverse reaction, please contact us immediately. We may offer a follow-up consultation, but refunds are not guaranteed.

5. Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment.
Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.
We uphold strict hygiene and sanitation standards in all treatment areas.

6. Liability Waiver

By booking and receiving services, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with body sculpting and cosmetic treatments.
V&K Body Sculpting Studio is not responsible for complications or outcomes beyond our control.

7. Results Disclaimer

Results vary based on individual factors including lifestyle, body composition, and adherence to aftercare.
No specific outcome is guaranteed.

8. Aftercare Compliance

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided.
Failure to follow these guidelines may impact results and safety.
V&K Body Sculpting Studio is not liable for complications arising from non-compliance.

9. Privacy Policy

10. Photo Consent

Photos will only be used with your explicit written consent.

11. Portfolio Treatments

From time to time, we invite select individuals to receive treatments at a reduced rate for portfolio development.
These sessions are by invitation only and may be photographed or documented for marketing purposes.
All standard screening, safety, and consent procedures apply.

12. Marketing Communications

By booking, you agree to receive occasional updates, offers, or service announcements.
You may opt out at any time by contacting us.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
